still life

here's my still life. so far i've drawn a stick, a rock, and a leaf thing. hopefully tomorrow i'll add my phone and chapstick,  finish up the details on the leaf and the rock, and add some shadows.

hi! my name is allison. i'll be a senior next fall at mount saint joseph academy in flourtown, pa. i've always loved art, but sometimes i find it pretty frustrating. hopefully this class will help a little bit. i love love love music, and i'm completely, entirely, ridiculously obsessed with the goo goo dolls. some of my other favorite bands are the red hot chili peppers, gin blossoms, oasis, and fuel. i play softball, mainly because it doesn't involve running, or much physical activity at all for that matter. i also play the guitar and sing, but unfortunately not at the same time. i love laughing at stupid things, so my favorite movies are monty python and zoolander, and my favorite tv show is the office - steve carell is my hero. i really like being outdoors and taking time to just sit, think, and read. my favorite book is the giver. i also love to travel, and i lived in georgia until i was eight.
